I'm Jessica Brantley-Lopez, MBA, RDN — a Registered Dietitian with more than 22 years of clinical nutrition experience and the founder of The Eat Well Studio.

I'm also a woman in midlife who takes a GLP-1.

I never expected to find myself needing this medication. But after experiencing my own metabolic and hormone changes, I began to understand GLP-1 care from a very different perspective.

Is this personalized nutrition counseling, and will I have direct access to Jessica?

No. Between Your Doses™ is a self-paced educational program created by a Registered Dietitian. It does not include individualized medical nutrition therapy, direct messaging, personal counseling, or RDN check-ins. Optional 1:1 nutrition counseling is available separately through The Eat Well Studio, and program members receive 15% off one 45-minute session.

How long is the program?

Between Your Doses™ is self-paced within a guided release schedule. Phases 1 and 2, Week 1 of your meal plan, and the Bonus Vault are available when you begin. Phase 3 and Week 2 unlock after three days, Phase 4 and Week 3 after seven days, and Phase 5 and Week 4 after fourteen days.

Do I have to follow the meal plan exactly?

No. The 4-week meal plan is a practical tool designed to make meals and grocery planning easier. Use the recipes as written or make adjustments based on your preferences and household. The goal is to help you put the program principles into practice — not give you another rigid diet to follow perfectly.

Can I use this program if I take Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, or another GLP-1 medication?

The nutrition education in Between Your Doses™ is designed around common nutrition considerations during GLP-1 medication use. Medication indications, dosing, side effects, and treatment decisions vary by medication and individual. Always follow the treatment plan provided by your prescribing healthcare professional.

What is outside the scope of this program?

Between Your Doses™ does not provide medication dosing guidance, diagnosis, treatment, individualized medical nutrition therapy, or personal medical care. Medication decisions should be discussed with your prescribing healthcare professional, and individualized nutrition concerns may require care from a Registered Dietitian or another appropriate healthcare provider.

What if I am in perimenopause or menopause?

You're in the right place. Between Your Doses™ was created with the changing female body in mind and includes education around muscle, strength, nourishment, energy, and common midlife considerations during GLP-1 use.

How long will I have access?

Your enrollment includes 12 months of access to the program and included resources. Any future continuation or renewal options will be clearly communicated before the end of your access period.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final. Enrollment provides immediate access to proprietary educational materials, including Phases 1 and 2, Week 1 of the meal plan, and the Bonus Vault. Additional phases and meal-plan weeks unlock according to the program schedule.
